TERASAKI was founded in 1923 and is engaged in the production of electrical distribution and motor control systems, switches and electronic devices based on electrical energy management technologies in the shipbuilding, construction and manufacturing sectors.

Maritime systems
After leaving port, the ship must rely entirely on its onboard equipment. The responsibility for safe travel is TERASAKl sea control technology. We are particularly proud of our results in the field of “power distribution systems” and “engine monitoring and control systems” worldwide. We boast the largest share of markets worldwide and are widely known in the shipbuilding and maritime transport industry.
With more than 21,000 of our systems installed on large ships, the challenge of new technologies has long been our goal.

Industrial systems
The technologies that we launched by building a system for distribution and management of electricity penetrate a wide range of fields, including environmental needs. Power comes primarily from large generators operated by power companies, but as renewable energy sources gain more attention due to climate change and the depletion of natural resources, Terasaki’s technologies breathe new life into the “solar energy systems”, “fuel cell systems” and “biomass systems” of the new energy field. Terasaki’s technologies are an integral part of recycled energy systems that use highly efficient decentralized energy sources, and especially cogeneration systems that use waste heat.
